Mindy Wenger
Mindy and her husband, Eric, have lived in Waconia for 24 years. They have three children: Tyler, McKenna & Mya. Tyler is a recent Electric Engineer graduate of St. Thomas. McKenna is studying Forensic Science at University of Nebraska, and Mya will be graduating from High School next fall with plans to study out east to be a NICU nurse. They also have two furry friends: Their Brittany Spaniel, Lizzy and French Bulldog, Lola, that love being spoiled!
Mindy & Eric love many outdoor ventures, from riding their motorcycle & electric bikes in the warmer months, to snowmobile adventures and ice fishing expeditions in the colder months. They make the most of every season. They also enjoy hiking, fishing, pickleball, walks with the dogs, and spending time with their children when they come to visit.
Although newcomers to the Glencoe area, their family has been involved with insurance & securities for about 24 years. Mindy carries her Property and Casualty license, along with Life, Health, and Securities licenses, and is passionate about serving her community. She’s eager to meet every face that walks through the agency doors, becoming a trusted advisor in protecting what matters most to the people of Glencoe and the surrounding area.
Mindy’s commitment extends beyond insurance. She’s actively involved in local initiatives, from the Chamber of Commerce to community events, giving back to what makes Glencoe great. Cadee Winnie
Cadee and her husband Stan have lived in Carver County for the past 16 years. They have two children, Dominic and Danica, who are very active in high school and club sports. The newest addition to the family is Remington, a German Shorthair pointer. Cadee’s family enjoys camping, crafting, hiking, sporting events, and fishing.

Julie Uecker
Julie has called Glencoe home for the past 35 years. She and her husband, Dave, have two children and five grandchildren. Julie enjoys camping, playing cards, and baking. She has worked with the agency for the past 22 years and has provided exceptional service in this growing community. She looks forward to meeting customers, old & new, while continuing to provide the same standard of excellence that has been provided for many years. Julie is looking forward to becoming more involved with the community by joining the Chamber of Commerce and getting involved in the local events.
